계정과 데이터 삭제 안내

lifeisgame 계정과 그 계정의 데이터를 삭제하는 방법입니다.

앱에서 바로 삭제하기

1. lifeisgame 앱을 열고 아래의 [프로필] 탭으로 갑니다.
2. [설정]을 누릅니다.
3. [계정 삭제]를 누르고 확인합니다.

확인하는 즉시 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없을 때

가입한 이메일 주소에서 아래 주소로 「계정 삭제 요청」이라고 적어 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 뒤 30일 안에 삭제하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

삭제되는 데이터

• 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 로그인 정보, 닉네임
• 목표, 습관, 실천 기록
• 인증 글과 사진, 댓글, 응원
• 방 참여 내역, AI 구성원과 그 기록
• 포인트 내역, 캐릭터와 방 꾸미기 설정

삭제 뒤에도 남는 것

법령이 보관을 요구하는 기록이 있으면 그 기간 동안만 따로 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 그 밖에는 남기지 않습니다. Google AdMob이 광고를 위해 수집한 정보는 Google이 관리하며, 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.

Account and data deletion

Delete in the app

1. Open the lifeisgame app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot use the app

Send an email titled "Account deletion request" from the address you signed up with. After verifying your identity we will delete the account within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

Account information (email address, sign-in data, nickname), goals, habits and check-in logs, posts, photos, comments and cheers, room membership, AI members and their records, points history, and character and room settings.

What may remain

Records that the law requires us to keep are stored separately for the required period and then deleted. Nothing else is kept. Data collected by Google AdMob for advertising is managed by Google; you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
