이용약관

1. 목적

이 약관은 lifeisgame(이하 「서비스」)의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 운영자의 권리와 의무를 정합니다.

2. 가입과 계정

서비스는 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다.
한 사람은 하나의 계정만 쓸 수 있습니다. 계정의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
다른 사람이나 운영자로 오인될 수 있는 닉네임은 쓸 수 없습니다.

3. AI 구성원

서비스의 방과 순위에는 AI가 만든 구성원이 함께 표시됩니다. AI 구성원에는 「AI」 표시가 붙으며, 그 기록과 글은 실제 사람의 것이 아닙니다. AI가 만든 추천과 분석은 참고용이며 전문적인 판단을 대신하지 않습니다.

4. 이용자가 올리는 글과 사진

인증 글, 사진, 댓글, 방 소개의 책임은 올린 사람에게 있습니다.
다음 내용은 올릴 수 없습니다: 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 내용, 불법 정보, 음란물, 혐오와 괴롭힘, 광고와 도배, 다른 사람의 개인정보.
이용자는 글, 댓글, 사용자를 신고할 수 있고 사용자를 차단할 수 있습니다.

5. 신고 처리와 이용 제한

운영자는 신고를 확인해서 약관을 어긴 글을 숨기거나 삭제할 수 있고, 반복하거나 중대하게 어긴 계정의 이용을 기간을 정해 정지하거나 계속 정지할 수 있습니다. 신고된 내용은 확인하는 대로 처리합니다.

6. 포인트와 광고

포인트는 서비스 안에서만 쓰는 재화이며 현금으로 바꿀 수 없습니다.
포인트는 친구 초대, 광고 시청, 시즌 보상으로 받을 수 있고, 받을 수 있는 횟수에는 한도가 있습니다.
부정한 방법으로 받은 포인트는 회수할 수 있습니다.
계정을 삭제하면 남은 포인트는 사라집니다.

7. 서비스의 변경과 중단

운영자는 기능을 바꾸거나 서비스를 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 미리 알립니다.

8. 책임의 한계

서비스는 이용자가 정한 목표의 달성을 보장하지 않습니다. 운영자는 이용자의 귀책으로 생긴 손해와, 운영자가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 생긴 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의나 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 그렇지 않습니다.

9. 약관의 변경

약관을 바꿀 때는 시행 전에 이 페이지와 앱에서 알립니다. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 계정을 삭제해서 이용을 그만둘 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service

Purpose. These terms govern your use of lifeisgame (the "Service").
Accounts. You must be 14 or older. One account per person. You are responsible for your account. Nicknames that impersonate others or the operator are not allowed.
AI members. Rooms and rankings include AI-generated members, which are labeled "AI". Their records and messages are not those of real people. AI suggestions and analysis are for reference only and do not replace professional judgment.
User content. You are responsible for the posts, photos, comments and room descriptions you share. Content that infringes others' rights, is illegal, obscene, hateful or harassing, is spam, or exposes others' personal information is prohibited. You can report posts, comments and users, and block users in the app.
Moderation. We may hide or remove content that violates these terms and suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. We review reports and act on them promptly.
Points and ads. Points are an in-service currency and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points can be earned through invitations, rewarded ads and season rewards, subject to limits. Points obtained by abuse may be revoked. Remaining points are lost when you delete your account.
Changes to the Service. We may change or discontinue features and will give notice of material changes.
Limitation of liability. The Service does not guarantee that you will achieve your goals. We are not liable for damage caused by your own fault or by events beyond our control, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.
Changes to these terms. We will announce changes on this page and in the app before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may delete your account.
